Too bad I missed the recent SMC Meetup at CNet’s offices. Looks like it was a fun time indeed. And right up my alley — they had video games!

It seems Rock Band and/or Guitar Hero were the most popular, but I’ve never liked them really. They are in a popular genre right now, but I just don’t find them fun or engaging. However, I do think they’re interesting to watch people play, so I usually just sit back and enjoy the music.

Definitely going to have to try and make it to most of the future SMC gatherings if I can
